Line-haul fleet at a terminal yard
About us

Built by dispatchers, not a booking app.

Urban Edge Shipping started in 2009 as a three-truck open-deck operation moving auction stock out of Long Beach. Seventeen years later we run fourteen terminals and forty-plus units nationwide — still answering our own phones.

How we operate

The same standard on every lane, every driver, every day.

01
Photograph the condition, not just the paperwork
A 42-point set at load and at release — it does the arguing if a claim ever comes up.
02
One feed for everyone
Dispatch, the driver app and the public tracker all read the same telemetry. No second version of the truth.
03
A human owns every lane
Every booking has a named dispatcher, not a ticket number.
04
Bond and insure past the minimum
$250,000 cargo cover per unit — well above the industry floor.
